I'm not personally staying here but my loved one is,I reached out to Adam at reception and asked for some help to organise a surprise dessert delivery and he couldn't have been nicer about it,being unfamiliar with the area he advised what would work best and happily accepted the delivery until my loved one arrived back to their room, then had it sent up,with candles!! honestly just the best example of customer service,Adam you are a credit to Quest.
Great place to stay, well appointed rooms which had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Lovely view from the balcony, we stayed in rm 703. Easy to get around town with a tram stop directly outside. IGA around the corner and walking distance to Chinatown and the Food Markets.
It was overall a good experience, the facility was clean and staff was friendly and courteous. Overall had a very good experience. I would definitely recommend friends to consider Qwest for the service offering. Love to see more options like dinning, fitness, swimming pool etc.
On a work trip.... The Quest provides exactly what you need whilst away from home... Fully self contained room with a great little kitchen with stove top. Modern,clean, spacious enough, breat allocation of space to each area. Love it. Will come back to the the Quest again 100% Free Tram available which takes you into the city. Great location..close to the city hustle and bustle but far away enough to avoid the hustle n bustle if that makes sense lol. Of course..there are the scooters too lol. Thats lots of fun.
A great stay in the CBD, perfect location for public transport and access to the main attractions. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and staff were efficient and friendly. Would recommend for a stay in Adelaide.
Ideal location and facilities. Very friendly staff and informative. Ideal for business trip or pleasure. Rooms are a good size and well equipped. Gyn is a touch on the small size, so get in early. The gym opening at 6.30am was a little late for me.
Have stayed here a couple of times when working in Adelaide. Nice Hotel in a good location. Staff are excellent and super friendly. Shout out to Nick, who helped make the tough food choices easier within the area!
Gym is also better than you'll find in most Hotels.
